When carrying out public procurement in the form of a tender for goods, works, services that are not homogeneous, the organizer of public procurement has the right to organize and conduct unified state purchases in this way, with mandatory separation of such goods, works and services in tender documents for lots.In the course of public procurement, in the form of a tender for homogeneous goods, works and services, the organizer of public procurement shall, in the tender documentation, divide the homogeneous goods, works and services into lots at the place of their delivery (execution, rendering), except for cases provided for in paragraph 2 of this article.2. In the event that there are at least five locations for the supply of goods, an indication may be given in the lot, conducted in the manner of the tender, of several delivery points of the goods.3. In the conduct of public procurement through a competition of several types of homogeneous goods, works and services, the organizer of public procurement shall in the tender documentation divide the goods, works, services into lots by their homogeneous types and (or) at the place of their delivery (implementation, rendering) requirements of paragraph 2 of this article.4. Consideration of applications for participation in the competition, evaluation and comparison of tender bids of tender participants, as well as the determination of the winner of the competition shall be made for each lot provided for in the bidding documents.5. In the public procurement, potential suppliers participate in the tender process, determined on the basis of consideration of applications for participation in the tender with the relevant qualification requirements and the requirements of the bidding documents.In the public procurement, the potential suppliers, included in the register of qualified potential suppliers, participate in the tender with prequalification.
