is 9 hours, so in total, their minimum wages is 69 euro per day.

In conclusion, nationality,
major language, religion, social status and age differences may cause damage to

From the information mentioned above, we can know that Thailand is a collectivism country, Thai people likes to share food with others, whether it’s for a monk or a meal with a friend, food is usually shared. Another part of Thai society shows that its collective nature is the importance of saving face. “Kreng jai” attitude means roughly caring for another person, don’t want to let other people or cause others trouble or damage his/her feeling” is part of Thailand the key values of most of the people. In conclusion, it is
difficult to put both individualism and collectivism together, because it is
more a balance approach. In a collectivist culture, direct confrontation can
always be avoided.  Short phrases or
words are used to express disagreement or denial, not to say “no”. Saying
“no” is kind of destroying the harmony of the team. The relationship
between an employer and an employee or business partner is based on trust and
harmony and a deep understanding of moral values. So the company’s wealth and
