registration counter. This system can be used to maintain the location (bed
no.) of each patient either in the ward or the ICU. Patient Details are
collected and stored in the databases. Information about the patient and the
charges to be paid is also stored. On arrival at reception, the patient will be
given a form to fill up to provide the personal details. After the Payment is
made, the patient will get the receipt and then he/she will go to the

The information about the inpatients and outpatients details is updated
in the database by the admin.  The
discharge details of each patient are maintained by the admin in the system.
The detail about the medicine which is provided to patient by the doctor is
maintained in the system.  The lab
reports of each patient are stored securely in the system by the admin. Our

details of lab reports, medicine details and bill amounts.  Thus the way, entire process of clinic is
maintained by the admin.

Doctor Module

This module stores
the details of the doctors who give the treatment to the patients.  This module contains the doctor registration
page for update the details of doctor. 
It contains doctor name, father name, address, mobile number,
specialization, department, qualification and salary. 

The admin has
authority to add, update, edit, view and delete the details of doctors. By
using these details we can easily understand the information about the doctors
who are working in the hospital.  These
details are also valuable to allocate the doctors for providing the treatment
to patients.

This module is responsible to maintain the details
of the patients who are admitted in the hospital for treatment.  This module updates the details about the
patients in two categories such as inpatient and outpatient.  If the patients stay in the hospital under
the treatment, the details of the patients are updated in the inpatient
page. 

It contains the personal details of the patient
such as patient name, gender, guardian name, age, address, mobile number, and
marital status. It also contains the information about admission date,
admission time, status, symptoms, department, assigned doctor, ward number and
bed number.  This information is useful
to the doctors at the time of case handling. 

In this module, admin assigns the doctor for each
patient to provide efficient treatment. 
The outpatient’s details are also updated in the system which contains
patient name, age, gender, address, symptoms, department, and assigned
doctor.  If the treatment of inpatient is
completed, the discharge date and time is assigned by the admin.

Report & Bill Module

 This
module is responsible to maintain the lab reports of patients.  It contains patient name, test name, test
time and test details.  This report is
beneficial for doctors to recognize the disease which affected the
patients.  The lab reports of each
patient are stored securely in database.
