On Wednesday, July 4, Vista Ridge Mall opens at 10 a.m.

Vista Ridge Mall is celebrating America’s birthday with eight hours of shopping from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and three hours of good old-fashioned fun at a Stars & Stripes celebration from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Vista Ridge Mall opens at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 4 and retailers throughout the shopping center will be ready for mid-summer shoppers who are enjoying Independence Day, looking for holiday offers.
At 11 a.m., Uncle Sam invites everyone to join him for a parade. Children can dress in America’s colors and decorate tricycles, strollers or wagons in the red, white and blue. The parade starts in Center Court and travels through the shopping center, ending back in Center Court where a DJ will rock the mall with music and host fun games with prizes. Crafts with a patriotic theme along with face painting will also be a part of the festivities. All activities are free and will begin after the parade and continue until 2 p.m.
At dusk, everyone is invited to return to Vista Ridge Mall to enjoy the City of Lewisville’s annual Red White & Lewisville fireworks. The show begins shortly after dark, around 9:30 p.m. The best viewing opportunity is on the south side of the shopping center. For more information, call 972.219.3401.
